Congratulations to taking the first steps towards self-compassion!

The Self Compassion 7 Days Challenge is designed to

help you to slowly build your self-compassion muscle

by having one daily self-compassion task

to accomplish for the next 7 days.

Commit to –

  • When writing and reflection is required, find a quiet time and space to do it.
  • Going through the challenge of the day thoughtfully and mindfully.
  • Go with your heart. It will speak to you.
  • Make sure to use clear and concise words that accurate reflect your feelings or intentions.
  • Meditate at the end of the day after your challenge on what realization it holds for you. Best to pen it down in a journal.
  • Share it with Warriors of Authentic U . It’s a private FB group. J
  • If possible, print out your 7 days challenge, it will be much easier for you. Remember to be environmentally friendly and print on both sides.

The self-compassion tap will start dripping.
